Cut your 1×6 pine board down to 19 inches. (This can also done on the bandsaw if you don’t have access to a chop saw.) Cut 1×6 to 19 inches long.
Feb 6, 2023Step 2: Trace or tape the pattern onto the wood. Before applying your pattern to the wood, you may find you need to smooth the surface using sandpaper. One side of my scrap wood was definitely rougher than the other. I physically taped my Easter bunny pattern to the roughest side so that the smoother side could glide evenly across the scroll saw.

Jun 5, 2023Trim the bottom of the bunny ears at an angle and hot glue them to the block of wood. Tie the ribbon into a bow and also use hot glue to secure it into place in front of the ears. Make the bunny face. Put a dab of glue into the middle and add the ends of the wire pieces to make whiskers (2 wires on each side).

While you are doing this, the Mod Podge is melting below the napkin, and the napkin is adhering. Keep going until the napkin is fully adhered. Let the tree cool after ironing.
